Privacy and Personal Data Protection

1. Personal data processed

Only the details requested in the quote form are processed: company name, contact person, phone, e-mail, tax office and number, company address and your optional note. The summary of the products you selected, the cable lengths and the quote summary PDF are attached to your request.

Our website does not use cookies. For visit statistics (aggregate counts such as page views, country and device type) we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies; it stores nothing that identifies you and does not track you across sites. Your light / dark theme preference is stored only in your own browser and is not sent to us.

2. Purpose and legal basis

Your data is processed to receive and evaluate your quote request, to prepare a quote for you and to contact you about it. The legal basis is that processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c) and our legitimate interest (art. 5/2-f). The checkbox in the form confirms that you have read this notice and accept that your request is processed for this purpose.

3. Transfers

Your request is forwarded by e-mail from the server hosting our website to our sales team. Data is not shared with third parties except where required by law; it is not used for marketing and not sold to other organisations.

4. Retention

Quote requests are kept for the duration of the commercial relationship and the statutory retention periods (Turkish Commercial Code and tax legislation), after which they are deleted or anonymised. Requests that do not lead to a quote are deleted after 2 years at the latest.

5. Your rights (KVKK art. 11)

You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information if it is, to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, to know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad, to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, to request erasure or destruction under the conditions of KVKK art. 7, to request that these operations be notified to third parties, to object to a result against you produced exclusively by automated analysis, and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

You can submit requests to the e-mail address above or in writing to our address. Requests are answered free of charge within 30 days at the latest.

6. Security

Our website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Quote form data is used only to deliver your request; it is not stored in a database on the server.
